Reinforced aesthetically by its gradated translucency, Amber Mill Direct can fabricate restorations that only require to be polished after milling. The translucency of the block may be adjusted by simply baking the glazed restoration.

심미 보철 소재 국산화로 덴탈 세라믹 시장서 두각 [2025 국가산업대상] 기술혁신 ㈜하스  ㈜하스가 ‘2025 국가산업대상’ 기술혁신 부문 대상에 선정됐다.2008년 강릉에서 설립된 하스는 ‘Human-Aid System Supplier(HASS)’라는 기업 철학을 바탕으로 심미 보철 소재의 국산화를 이끌며 국내외 덴탈 세라믹 시장에서 두각을 나타내고 있다. 특히 하스는 세계 최초로 나노 리튬 디실리케이트(NLD)의 상용화에 성공하면서 세계 덴탈 시장의 판도를 바꿔 놓았다. 독보적인 나노 결정화 기술과 경사 기능 결정화 기술을 바탕으로 자연치와 유사한 투명도와 강도를 가진 고품질 세라믹 소재를 개발해 상용화하는 데 성공했으며 이러한 첨단 기술이 적용된 앰버, 로제타 시리즈 제품은 글로벌 시장에서 높은 평가와 신뢰를 얻고 있다. 지난해 7월 하스는 코스닥 기술특례 상장을 통해 약 290억 원의 자금을 확보하며 본격적인 도약의 기반을 마련했다. ‘치과재료 및 첨단소재 연구센터’를 설립해 연구개발에 적극적으로 투자하고 있으며 제3공장 증설과 생산 자동화 시스템의 고도화를 통해 글로벌 경쟁력을 한층 더 강화하고 있다. 하스가 제공하는 제품들은 최신 디지털 기술 트렌드인 CAD·CAM 기반의 디지털 덴티스트리에 최적화돼 있다. 최근에는 임플란트 일체형 세라믹 블록 ‘Amber Mill Abut-Crown’, 방오성 기능이 탁월한 치과용 시멘트, 고정밀 3D 프린팅용 세라믹 소재와 같은 혁신적인 제품을 선보이며 치과 산업의 미래를 주도하고 있다.김신아 기자 sina@donga.com 출처 동아일보

This expansion ensures a wider range of options to accommodate diverse dental needs.To complement these sizes, Amber Mill H offers a selection of ten shades across two categories. The high-translucency category features Shades A1, A2, A3 and B1, and the low-translucency category includes Shades W2, A1, A2, A3, A3.5 and B1. These shades are meticulously designed to naturally match the patient’s existing teeth, thus enhancing aesthetic outcomes.Innovative features and superior material propertiesThe innovative Amber Mill H uses a unique bonding technology, which incorporates fine crystalline ceramic particles with polymers. This advanced composition not only provides high initial bond strength during the polymerisation of resin cement, but also significantly increases indirect tensile strength up to 75 MPa. Additionally, its biaxial flexural strength is approximately 190 MPa and its three-point flexural strength about 204 MPa, reducing the risk of prosthesis dislodgement. Enhanced processing capabilities and aesthetic propertiesThe disc form of Amber Mill H allows for the efficient processing of approximately 30–35 restorations per disc and is suitable for both wet and dry methods.
